Project description:
This building on West Fullerton Parkway underwent some changes, and now is ready to welcome its neighbors. Carved stone railings at the stairs and around the porch were in advancing stages of decay. The exterior “skin” of the stone had lost its integrity, exposing the softer interior of the block to weathering and other decay mechanisms. Marion Restoration has replaced existing stone railings with new stone units in matching stone, 2 stair railings, porch barrier to East and West of the stairs, and in the end pointed joints to match original design.
