Project description:
This building was in need of repair. The east elevation main entry portico was significantly deteriorated due to prolonged exposure to moisture resulting in corrosion of structural steel and key fasteners. The current state of the terra cotta was a hazardous condition that should have been addressed as soon as possible. Marion Restoration had a chance to start the long-term restoration of this building.
